SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your BOOSH slippers are made by our craftsmen in Casablanca and Fes, Morocco.
Once finished, they are first shipped to our head office in Paris, France - to then head to your delivery destination.
Products that are in stock are sent to shipping within 2 business days.
Some products are pre-order only; they take up to 30 days to ship.
BOOSH delivers worldwide using French postal service, La Poste.
France shipping takes 3-5 days.
International shipping takes 7-21 days.
RETURN & REFUND
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your BOOSH order. But in case you are not, here’s the deal.
For products that were not pre-ordered, items returned within 10 days of the package arrival date in same as new condition will be eligible for a refund or exchange. However, shipping will be on the customer's charge.
Once an exchange has been processed, the customer will be notified and provided with a new tracking number. Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing.
Refunds, if requested, will be credited to the original payment method used within 8-10 business days of processing the return.

For pre-ordered products, we only allow for order changes or cancellations up to 24 hours after the order is placed. We do not allow for exchange or refund after that.
We only replace pre-ordered items if they are defective or damaged. If it is the case, please send us an email at email@example.com.
